note 12th /note I received Letters from my Brother Ernest informing me of His having given Up the Command of the Troops of Hanover to Field Mareshall Freytag the 2d of this Month.

note Wednesday 15th /note The Kg told me that it was very Uncertain whether or not Lrd FitzWilliams would go to Treld as Lrd Lieutenant, that the difficulty did arise about their wanting to remove the Chancellor of Treld which at present it would be imprudent note for government /note to Grant, & that it appeared a point so strongly Contested on deletion the /deletion both Sides as likely to cause the Duke of Portld & His Friends to go out again.
