My dearest Son. I am quite ashamed of having forgot to give You a Petition of the Hanoverian Painter Rheberg whose Situation seems to be very deplorable & stated with Truth in the Inclosed Paper, unclear far as I could go I have assisted him in various ways, but now as His Health begin to Suffer & He is threatened with Imprisonment I beg leave to advise that if You will either Grant His request by giving Him Money or a Title You will be kind enough to do it with the Proviso that He leaves England directly else He will be continually plaguing Us.

To this I must add another request
