My dearest Son. Tho I could not make it to my last occupation Yesterday Evening, it is my first this Morning to return You thanks for Your really unbounded kindness towards myself & Your Sisters during our Visit at Brighton - I beg You to believe that none can feel it more deeply than I do, & tho I can indeed find no Words strong enough to exprefs my real feelings, yet does the Heart feel what Pen can not write nor Dictionary explain may I defy even a Dr Johnson to afsist me at this moment. & may I beg of you to afsure all those belonging to Your Family & their ladies that I shall always remember with pleasure having met them of this agreable Party.
