                                                                                                                        Dec 25th/61

Miss Gault [sic]

You would do me a great kindness in sending

me by the boy a glass of milk or enough for a sick

brother who will drink nothing but tea or milk. I would

not trouble you but there is no tea in the Hospital and I

know not when I cant get any, but of Miss Gault whose

kindness to our sick [vols?] is spoken of by all

Very Respect[ly?]
