I have most earnestly wished ever since the Month of November to communicate to Your Majesty a Letter which I had received from my Brother the Duke. The anxiety You were under at that Time about the Establishment of little Charlotte made me postpone it at that time, & would still continue to do so; had I not received a Second letter about a Month ago.
I take the liberty of inclosing the Copies of both Letters, by which Your Majesty will see that my Brother wishes to see His Son settled, and anxiously desires him to Marry one of the Younger Princesses. but as He inclined to let him follow His own Inclination, He proposes with Your leave to send him over to England, that He may make
