This was followed by that of the Troops & lasted from 1/2 past eight till near Ten a Clock, We then came in to Breakfast when unclear Yr Letter & cannot express how Gratefull I felt to the Almighty for Preserving Yr life in so very Extraordinary a Manner & for Yr attention in mentioning every particular about it., How among reasons have I Not lay in the eight & forty House to be thankfull to Providence I hope I shall not forget it, & must beseech You to be very carefull about Yourself & to Consider how dear Yr Life is & ever will be to men.
