Bobby I am told is thrown over Battlements and left to drift preaching at the Judge. Today Bobby was not there nary time but I saw him on his way to belly ache with Nancy Ev(--) and Flow(?) gal but a more formidable enimy [sic] has risen up. A preacher by the name of Haymore has been there some ten days and gave himself the trouble of going all the to Lynchburg have his likeness taken to present to her and gave $10 for it. Lirebelh(?) was out to Church to day and said Dark was more talkitive [sic] than she ever saw her. The old Lady came up to her and shook hands and had a harty [sic] cry. Now is the time Edward to attend to matters. Don't put it off. Yours, (P---)
