It is with the utmost Defence and scruple, that I venture to approach Your Majesty in the character of a most anxious Petitioner: a Liberty which I am aware that I am presuming to take without having any pretension even for a moment to solicit Your Majesty's Attention; unless it can, in any degree, be decived from the nature of this Application, connected as it is with the high Account in which I should, myself, always hold any mark of Royal distinction on displeasure.
