ye Plantations are, there would have been no difficulty

Brittain or Ireland or ye Dominions thereunto belonging

to descend to ye second son & his male descendts, while

ye Crown is in his elder brother or his descendants, &

upon failure of either of ye two lines, to joyn again wth

ye Crown in ye other Line, & separate again, when severall

male branches should again exist; & in that case ye second

son would have as good & clear a Right upon his ffather's
