Upon recapitulation we could not draw any certain conclusion from what had been discoursed. But we had this Doubt

Yt a Law for a Renunication, after ye eldest Son should be King would want inforcemt, & might be repeaded by him

that a Law for a renunciation before his being King might exclude him for ever, or overturn the Constitution, or might be repealed

that if such Law should prove too weake to attain ye end desired, or should be repealed it might yet be a source of misunderstanding & trouble & contention, & serve for a pretext for claims & pretension, & perhaps ye interposition of forreign Powers, when other Circumstances should yield a proper Occasion.
