of my said Stock called three per Centum Bank Annuities of the Year one thousand seven hundred and twenty six Upon Trust nevertheless that they the said William Earl of Besborough and Thomas Lord Pelham and the Survivor of them his Executors and Administrators do and shall pay the Dividends Interest and annual proceed thereof unto the Lady Ann Noel Sister of the Earl of Gainsborough for and during the term of her natural life and from and after her decease Upon trust that they the said William Earl of Besborough and Thomas Lord Pelham or the Survivor of them his Executors or Administrators do and shall assign and transfer the same last mentioned five thousand pounds stock to my said Nephew Prince Charles of Hesse his Executors Administrators or Assigns And I Give and bequeath unto the said William Earl of Besborough and Thomas Lord Pelham their Executors and Administrators two thousand pounds of my said Stock called Three per Centum Bank Annuities of the Year one thousand seven hundred and twenty six Upon trust that they the said William Earl of Besborough and Thomas Lord Pelham and the Survivor of them his Executors and Administrators do and shall pay the Dividends Interest and annual proceed thereof unto my said Nephew Prince Charles of Hesse his Executors Adminstrators and Assigns until such time as the term now to come in the said Irish Pension shall expire and upon the expiration thereof Upon further trust to assign and transfer the said last mentioned two thousand pounds Stock unto my said Bedchamber Woman Mary Russell (in case she shall be living at the expiration of the term now to come in the said Irish Pension) but in case the said Mary Russell shall depart this life before the expiration of the term now to come in the said Irish Pension Then Upon trust that the said William Earl of Besborough and Thomas Lord Pelham or the Survivor of them his Executors or Administrators do and shall assign and transfer the same last mentioned two thousand pounds Stock called three per Centum Bank Annuities of the Year one thousand seven hundred and twenty six unto my said Nephew Prince Charles of Hesse his Executors Administrators or Assigns And I Give and bequeath unto the said William Earl of Besborough and Thomas Lord Pelham their Executors and Administrators one thousand pounds more of my same Stock called three per Centum Bank Annuities of the Year one thousand seven hundred and twenty six Upon trust that they the said the said William Earl of Besborough and Thomas Lord Pelham and the Survivor of them his Executors and Administrators do and shall pay the Dividends Interest and annual proceed of the same one thousand Stock unto the said Prince Charles of Hesse his Executors Administrators and Assigns until such time as the term now to come in the said Irish Pension shall expire and upon the expectation thereof Upon further Trust to assign and transfer the said last mentioned one thousand pounds Stock unto my said Bedchamber Woman Pooley Onslow (in case she shall be living at the expiration of the term now to come in the said Irish Pension) But in case the said Pooley Onslow shall depart this life before the expiration of the Term now to come in the said Irish Pension Then Upon trust that the said William Earl of Besborough and Thomas Lord Pelham or the Survivor of them his Executors or Administrators do and shall assign and transfer the
