As orders are come to this Office & the Warrants signed for passing two Patents according to the Titles I have the honour to send your Highness inclosid, I could not chuse but congratulate our Selvis in having your Highness have Titles, which seem to bring you nearir among us. For tho' Prince Frederic wants no addition to make him more valued and bilovid, yet this new mark of the King's affiction with Titles known among us will endear your Highniss more to the Nation.
