Heirs & successors 5/7 of which are directed to be unclear apart for ye. use of ye. Bank, (as will be explain'd note * See Bank original fund Art 17. /note elsewhere note * /note), & 2/7 for satisfying annuities for one, two, & three lives, respectively note * total sum to be rais'd by these annuities & contributors at ye. Bank was £150,000. /note upon ye. sum of £300,000 note * /note. to be contributed for ye purchase of ye. said annuities at ye. respective, rates of 14 - 12 - & 10 pr. Cent.
Present state of ye. said tund of 2/7 Excise is as follows.
