E. of Kinnoal's right in consideration of a Petition then presented to yt. purpose, since which time it appears to have been apply'd at large by ye. prerogative of ye. 23. Fund for a Coinage

By ye. 18th of Ch. II. certain duties impos'd for a certain deletion unclear /deletion on all Wines, Vinegars, Ciders, & Beers; as also on all Brandy Wine & Strong Waters imported were appropriated for defraying ye. charge of coinage in gold & silver at ye. mint during ye. said term, which duties were by subsequent Acts continu'd; & by ye. 1st of G. I. provision was made for any defficiency yt. might happen in them towards defraying ye. necessary charge of Coinage up to £15,000. by empowering ye. Treasury to issue to yt. amount within any one year; these duties & provision are by ye. 27th of G. II. further continu'd for 7. years,
