from ye. 1st of March 1754. & such part of ye. original Coinage duties as arose by Brandy & strong waters, having by ye. 9th of G. II. been made part of ye. Aggregate Fund, it is declar'd by aforesaid act of ye. 27th yt. ye. intent & meaning of this Act of ye. 9th. of G. II. was to continue ye. same for a like time as any other duties composing ye. Aggregate Fund, which is making it perpetual.

This duty in 1753. produc'd £7952.

24. Fund for relief of ye. Poor Clergy

By ye. 2d. of Q. A. Her M. is impower'd to erect by letters Patent a corporation & to settle on them & their Successors ye. whole Revenue of ye. 1st fruits & tenths for ye. purpose of Augmenting small livings of ye. Poor Clergy, according to certain rules & limitations in ye. said letters Patent.
