II. for raising ye. sum of £1,800,000. by Annuities & a lottery at 3. per Cent for ye. service of ye. year 1743. ye. said Sum having been advanc'd upon credit of ye. duties on low Wines, Spirits, & Strong waters, (granted to H. M. ye. same Session) for ye. purchase of Annuities at 3. per Cent transferable at ye. Bank, & redeemable by Parl.
& by ye. 17th of G. II. for raising £1,800,000. by Annuities & a lottery for ye. service of 1744. ye. said sum having been advanc'd upon credit of ye. surplus of ye. duties on low Wines, granted as above by ye. 16th G. II. after satisfying ye. Annuity payable to ye. E. I. Co. out of ye. said duties, & this for ye. purchase of Annuities
