& any difficiency to be made good out of ye. sinking fund, yt. from thenceforth ye. said Annuities with ye. charges of management should be chargeable on ye. Sinking fund, & payable out of it at ye. Bank half yearly on ye. 5th of January, & 5th of July, & for yt. purpose Commissioners of ye. Treasury are directed to issue ye. same to ye. Cashier of ye. Bank by way of imprest who is to pay ye. same over, & pass his account thereof in ye. Exchequer.

It is likewise Enacted yt. from & after ye. said 24th of June 1752. all ye. said Rates, duties, impositions & Revenues granted & appropriated by ye. said several Acts for payment of ye. said Several Annuities shall be carried ^ addition to /addition & made part of ye. Sinking fund, (reserving sufficient to pay ye. Annuities on lives at ye. Exchequer, & other charges incident to ye. same) & shall be issued & applied to such uses & purposes, as all & every other surplus funds, duties, & revenues composing ye. said sinking fund, are or may be issued & applied to.
