with ye. consent of ye. proprietors, ye. interest or Annuity to be charg'd on ye. Sinking Fund, but yt.

After ye. 5th of April 1758. ye. two several Stocks of Annuities above mention'd, should be Consolidated into one joint Stock; & leave was given to ye. proprietors to testify their consent betwixt ye. 10th of Octr. 1752. & ye. 5th of April 1753.

It was likewise enacted yt. untill ye. 10th of Oct. 1752. yt. ye. said Annuities should be paid out of ye. respective funds attending them, & any difficiencies be made good out of ye. Sinking Fund, but yt. after ye. said 10th of Octr. they were to be paid out of ye. sinking half yearly, on ye. 5th of April & 10th of Octr. in ye. manner before direct'd for ye. 3 pr. Cents, & ye. Comissrs. of ye. Treasury were directed in like manner, to issue money to ye. Cashier of ye. Bank.

& it was further Enacted after ye. said 10th of Octr. 1752. all ye. rates, duties, imposts, or Revenues appropriated by ye. former Acts, for ye. payment of ye. said several Annuities transferable at ye.
