By this Act also no persons were to Retail Spirituous Liquors under a penalty of £10. or to be kept to herd labour for 2. Months, Licences to be Annually taken out of 20s. each, by ale Vituallers & Ale House Keepers.

Surplusses arising from this Fund to be apply'd towards discharging part of the principal borrow'd upon it; Deficiencies every Year to be made good out of the first Supply, & in case 6.
