(after payment of ye. Sum borrow'd upon it £40,000. as a premium deletion for /deletion addition to /addition contractors for issueing Exchr. Bills.
Lastly by this Act 7. Commissioners not Members were to be chosen by ballot for ye. Irish forfeited Estates.
By ye. 2d. Act new duties of 12. per Barrel was imposed on Sweets between May 1699. & July following & from ^ addition thence /addition to March 1701. 24s. per barrel, & from thence to March 1706. 36s. pr. barrel. Also 5s. per Chauldron on Cinders imported or carried Coast ways for 4. years from May 1699. but as other duties were diminish'd there was little addition made by this Act to ye. Revenue.
