the Bills left depending in the last Session,

& tho' they did not directly oppose the note Oct 26th. /note Bill of Indemnity they promoted a Counter Bill for inflicting pains & penaltys upon those who had occasion'd the violating the Laws during the two last Reigns, which deflated His Majesty's intentions in the first Bill.
