That the Penaltys incurred of those executing Office in breach of the Recusant Act, should be apply'd to the same purpose.

That Proposals should be receiv'd for advancing money upon the Forfeited Estates in Ireland.

The 9th of Nov. they Voted 2s. Landtax estimated at £1, 400, 000. which Bill however was not sent up to the House of Lords, till the 11th. of Dec. when the Sums appropriated for the Navy amounted only to £400, 000. but a proviso being offer'd that the Same Sum should not be diverted to any other use, it was rejected, by which means there in reality remain'd no appropriation at all.
