& State the condition of the Revenue from the Revolution to Michaelmas last; to State the Loans that had been made thereupon, & how the Laid Revenue had been employ'd.

That an humble Address be presented to His Majesty to lay before Him the ill conduct of the Irish War, the Armys, & Fleet, & to desire His Majesty in His Wisdom to find out the Authors of these Miscarriages, & to put the Management of Affairs, into the hands of unsuspected Persons, & more to the safety of His Majesty, &the satisfaction of His Subjects.
