The following day in a Committee of the whole House they came to a resolution to grant the Specific Sum demanded for the Navy.
note 11th. /note The next thing remarkable were the different Accounts laid before the House, the first of these concern'd the Ordnance, which it will be worth while to examine for some time back to see the immence encrease of it from the small sums it formerly cost.
