I hereby certify that I have been the attend-
ing Physician of Col. J.D. Graham for several years
past, and believe him to be now in good physical
health, vigorous, and active; and still capable
of enduring the fatigues of active military life
in the field. His health, all the past year, has
been unusually good. His constitution is as
good or better than men generally at 55 years
of age.
