All Souls add College add founded 1437, by Henry Chichely of Higham Ferrers in Northamptonshire one of Wykeham's original Fellows of New College, at length Archbishop of Canterbury, consists of a Warden, Forty Fellows, two Chaplains, three Clerks and six Choristers, no independent students are admitted. 5. Brazen-Nose College was founded 1509. by Richard Smith Bishop of Lincoln, and Richard Sutton of Presbury in Cheshire Knight, it is composed of a Principal twenty Fellows, thirty two Scholars and four Exhibitioners besides forty or fifty Students. Visitor the Bishop of Lincoln

6. Hertford College was founded by Walter Stapleton Bishop of Exeter 1311. then named Hartford or Hart Hall and belonged to Exeter College, it received a Charter of Incorporation from Dr. Richd. Newton 1740. it consists of a Principal, four Senior Fellows, or Tutors and Junior Fellows or Assistants, besides Students or Scholars.

New College was founded add 1379 /add by Wm. deletion of /deletion Wykeham add a native /add of Wykeham a small Town in Hampshire, who was advanced by King Edward III. to be Keeper of the Privy Seal, Bishop of Winchester, and Lord High Chancellor of England. Wadham College was founded 1613. by Nicholas Wadham Esq. of Merifield in Somersetshire; with the injunction that the Warden shall quit if he marries, and the Fellows only enjoy the benefits of the Society eighteen years after their unclear; that the Scholars shall be appointed three from Somersetshire, three from Essex, and the remainder from any part of Great Britain; it consists of a Warden, fifteen Fellows, and fifteen Scholars, two Chaplains, two Clerks, and sixteen Exhibitioners.
