I have just now told the Queen that I had the pleasure to see you last night, & much better, & that you did hope to pay your duty to her Majesty in a day or two, upon which her Majesty order'd me to write to you to say that she lays her commands upon you not to stirr out this week, or till you are quite sure, that you have noe remains of your illness.
