I have just now told the Queen that I had the Pleasure to See you last night, & Much better, & that you did hope to Pay your Duty to her Majesty in a day or two, upon which her Majesty order'd me to write to you to say that she Lays her Commands upon you not to Stirr out this week, or till you are quite Sure you have no remains of your illness, I am Call'd away, so much only Beg you to believe me with Great truth Dear Madam your Most faithfull & Oblig'd humble Servant monday 12 a clock
