Orders were sent out by the Grooms of the Great Chamber as under written Vizt.

Notice is hereby given to all Peers, Peeresses, Privy Councillors and their Ladies, and all Persons in any Station in the Service of the King and Queen that Whoever goes to pay their Court to their Royal Highnesses the Prince and Princess of Wales will not be admitted into Their Majesty's Presence.
