my most gracious Sovereign, has called me, the underwritten, His Majesty's Privy Secretary, John Frederic Mejer, on the day as mentioned below, into His Presence in His Palace at Kensington, as has declared to me, this present Volume, consisting of 5. written Pages, to be His Codicil & last Will, made with full & mature deliberation, which Codicil His Majesty has in my presence signed & sealed with His Signet; and further that the Witnesses, called, and, underline foreign:Latin ad hunc actum /foreign /underline dispensed with their Oath of Allegiance, have also set their hand & Seal to this Codicil, and acknowledged the hand & Seal to be theirs, and that all this has been done [[underline] foreign:Latin uns unclear actu /foreign /underline I certify and attest by this present Instrument, which I have made instead of a Publick Notary, and have signed & sealed it, together with the two underwritten Witnesses, required thereunto, having all three been previously dispensed, underline foreign:Latin quoad hunc actum /foreign /underline with Our Oath of Allegiance.
