declaration relating to His Codicil, of the 6th day of October 1757. and likewise an alteration of His last Will of the 3/14 day of April 1751.; Which Document His Majesty has in my presence signed & sealed with His Signet: and further, that the Witnesses, called and, underline foreign:Latin quoad hune actum, /foreign /underline dispensed with their Oath of Allegiance, have also set their hand & seal to this Document, and His Majesty, as well as the Witnesses, having acknowledged the Head & Seal to be their own, and that all this has been done & transacted underline foreign:Latin uno eodemque actu; /foreign /underline This I certify & attest by this present Instrument, which I have made instead of a Publick Notary, and have signed & sealed it, together with the two underwritten Witnesses, having all three been previously dispensed, underline foreign:Latin quoad hunc actum, /foreign /underline with our Oath of allegiance.
