7. the Person so appointed shall be a member of the said Council.

That the Protector ^ addition or Regent /addition with the consent of two thirds deletion parts /deletion of the whole Council to be sign'd as aforesaid, or, upon the address of both Houses of Parliament, may remove any other member of the said Council, not being one of the said officers, and upon such Removal, or, in case of death or resignation of his place in the Council, may appoint another Councillor in his room, with like consent of two thirds to be signed as aforesaid.

That, notwithstanding this Council of Regency, there shall be a Privy Council as usual, & any of the members of the Council of Regency may be of such Privy Council.

That the Parliament, which shall be in being, or elected, at His Majesty's Demise, shall & may continue for . . . years - after such Demise, Subject to be adjourn'd prorogu'd or dissolv'd by - the Protector or Regent, with the advice & consent of two thirds of the whole Council of Regency, to be sign'd as aforesaid.
