Dear Daniell , Yours No: 6 came this morning and its' enclosures which I return: I am glad the rain has done so much good: I approve of the manner in which Elphick has paid the money: I make no doubt I shall equally consider Coates's arrangements good: I have not yet received the papers respecting underline the Farm /underline from Barton but as the report is highly favourable to the system of cultivation I trust the ditches and drains will be well attended to and that Slade will assist us so that unclear may underline never /underline be flooded again:
