statement: for some years the East and West Fronts were exclusively set apart for the Straw Yard horses and the Sheds accordingly built: indeed the great advantage of horses being in Bushy Park arises from their being in both the Straw Yard and at grass: never till now has Elphick expressed dissatisfaction about the grass land: I hope to be home before the Straw Yard begins for the next season: but certainly proper arrangements must be made and with Elphick and Coates paying a proper attention to my interest all can and will be right: I must again repeat the Sheds for the Straw Yard horses were built with the entire approbation of Elphick: you may read this to both of them
