Yours No: 35 and its' various usual enclosures arrived this morning and I return the regularly signed papers.
I am glad Mr: Pedley has procured a new Gardener who I trust will answer: the Bailiff must of course unclear for the Ten Pounds: I approve of the Table Beer being drunk on the premises and also of the Ale being sold: our weather is dreadful: I certainly wish Coates to make as many Willow Plantations as he can with success and ever remain,
