Dear Sir,
Yesterday I recieved Yours of 15th instant with its' various enclosures and return the proper papers signed. I likewise send a letter and paper from the Twickenham Saving Bank which I will inquire into on my return which will now be so soon that no inconvenience can arise from this delay.
I am very glad all has been done at the Upper Lodge agreeable to the wishes of George and that you will have Bushy House ready by the first week in September.
