Ems.

June 15th : 1826.

Dear Daniell,

This morning I received Yours of 5th instant and various enclosures. I return the proper pages signed and regret the Oats do not stand in the Great Stores. I hope you have had rain enough to secure a good crop of hay. Wherever I have been as yet every thing promises most plentifully.

I hope Augustus being now arrived at Bushy will contribute to underline his good /underline and underline your comfort /underline. He cannot be better than with you and Merewether and I trust he will at last make good use of his time this summer.
