Yours no: 39 and its' various enclosures I have this morning received and return the usual papers signed: you have done very right in placing the Grate from the room by the Dairy in the Gardener's house and I approve altogether of a Charwoman in room of the Boy who was in fact merely a servant to Allen: I hope the representations of the Park Keeper and Bailiff will be efficacious with the proper authorities respecting the Trunk under the River: I thought Elphick too violent and anxious to become Farmer and particularly as the Straw Yard was compleated lost reason under the idea of the Two Fronts being appropriated
