I will beg you to give the enclosed Papers to the Cook as rules for her to go upon in everything and underline never /underline, will you explain to be, underline to be deveated from /underline __ I think if I give the Char woman her dinner She ought not to have more than 8 shillings a week - I hope you will arrange about the Rooms for the servants as they are of great consequence & I hope to see them all prepared by my arrival You will have received some Linen You had better buy a sack of flour if there is a place to put it - Pray arrange about milk (no cream) enough for 9 persons & allowing enough for three Puddings a week - unclear her to look along the line in the enclosed list for the final Wednesday & she will see what she is to get for dinner on the day, the day after we arrive - My footman will come as far as Reygate with us on Tuesday and not reach Bushy till the following morning - My French servant will however be there on Monday by the last - if anything should keep us I will let you know & if we should not come
