Ems.

June 17th: 1825.

Dear Sir,

Yesterday I received Yours of 6th instant and its' various enclosures. I now return the proper papers signed.

Windsor and Buckingham Palace must hinder other works and I am therefore glad so much has already been done and only trust Slade will not get into a scrape by what he is going to do in the Dressing Rooms belonging to the King's and Cambridge Bed Rooms. I am very much pleased One Hundred Pounds will be laid out at the Upper Lodge and hope to find Mrs: Capham quite well on my return home -
