My dear Lord
I send you inclosed a memorandum relative to the Expences of the Medical attendance at present upon his Majesty.
You will observe that under the present arrangement the annual charge will not be less than £ 34.000 -- If an Expence to this amount is really necessary it must of course be incurred for such an object, but I feel that I should not do my duty if I ^ addition do /addition not deletion not /deletion, seriously bring ^ addition it /addition it under your Lordship's deletion consideration, /deletion addition attention /addition in order that it may be fairly considered,
