unclear & the Queen's Council to consider whether the attendance of one of the regular Physicians is necessary every day; & whether, if it is necessary, a gross amount allowance might be made to them which shd not amount to the daily charge of 30 Guineas, more especially as they actually enjoy Pensions for former Services.
I shd think likewise that Mr Dundas's attendance might be restricted to one whole day per week instead of a day & a half for wch. he is now paid.
I have felt it right to bring these suggestions under yr. consideration in order that you may communicate with the Queen's Council upon them; but I am by no means
