Windsor July 23d 1803.

The King conceives Mr. Yorke's attending the County Meetings to be held at Cambridge the next Week as well as his instuction of the Cambridge Militia and Languard Fort cannot but be advantageous to the Public Service. The King cannot omit expressing how much He is satisfied with the exertion and ability shewn by Mr. Yorke on all occasions
