Windsor Augt. 31st. 1803.

The King has read with great attention the paper the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland has thought it right to prepare, stating the previous notice on the 11th. of the cabals existing at Dublin and Belfast which He had received and the Attention He had given to that business from that time to its irruption in the Capital on the night of the 23d. The King cannot but add that He thinks it clearly shews there has been no want of precaution except in not having some Ammunition more at hand.

The King is much pleased to find by a second Note from Mr. Secretary Yorke that a Proclamation is prepared for commanding all Aliens therein mentioned to depart out of the Realm on or before A Day to be fixed.
