I have just got your yesterday's and still think if ye Spands. have sent a squadron to ye. W. Indies, it will be war & unclear ye. Parliamt. does not meet until Feb. that ye. Ministers may not be obliged to divulge ye. orders they will naturally give upon that Event until they take place by hostilities being commenced in consequence.
