Our Will and Pleasure is, that out of such Monies as are in or shall come to your hands for the Contingent Uses of Our Land Forces, or out of such Monies as are in or shall come to your hands for this Use, you pay without deduction, unto Our Trusty and Welbeloved Lieutenant Colonel Joseph Walton, the Sum of Thirty eight Pounds, in full Satisfaction of the like Sum expended by him for Fire and Candle for the Gunners Guard in St. James's Park and Whitehall in the Year 1789. And for so doing this with the Acquittance of the said Lieutenant Colonel Joseph Walton, or of his Assign, shall be Your Warrant and Discharge. Given at Our Court at St. James's this 20th. day of October 1790 in the Thirtieth Year of Our Reign. By His Majesty's Command
