In answer to Your Lordship's letter of 21st instant I wish underline every Peer of Ireland /underline could put his hand on his heart and say like Your Lordship the country was quiet and that he was as good an Irishman as yourself: we should not then have absentees and increase good magistrates and the improvement of every thing would ensue.
