My Dear Lord,
Yours of 5th instant has
on every account given me great satisfaction. I rejoice that the jail at Naas is to be enlarged and the Spring Assizes are to continue there. Your Lordship is so good and thorough an Irishman, I wish all your projects may succeed except where the Orange faction is concerned.
