All points are first deliberated by ye Elec-s. then by ye Ps. but if they differ; ye directors of both Colleges, & some whom ye colleges name in conjunction with them meet, & if they agree, then ye concurrence of ye third Coll. is demanded, but if they do not, it is engross'd by ye Chancery & given to ye Emp. commissary, as ye opinion of ye Emp-e only at ye end of it is put ye opinion of ye third Coll. then ye Emp. approves it, & it is publish'd in his name as a Resolution of ye Emp-e.
