Dr Baillie has the honour of informing the Prince Regent that during yesterday His Majesty's conversation with his Medical Attendants was fully as good as during any part of his present illness -

At his dinner however there was some reference to his common delusion, and during the evening visit of the Queen he spoke of his intended journey to Hanover - His Majesty expects unfortunately that he is to be declared well next Saturday - This circumstance he has deletion mentioned to the Queen, but has not given the most distant hint of it to any of his Medical Attendants - His Majesty slept five hours & a half last night, and his conversation this morning has been quite as good as usual - There has been no delusion during the night, nor this morning, as far as yet is known
